Dipanjan Deb is a Founding Partner and the Managing Partner of Francisco Partners， and a former director of AMI Semiconductor （AMIS）， CBA Group， Legerity， MagnaChip， Metrologic， NPTest/Credence （CMOS）， Numonyx， SMART Modular Technologies （SMOD）， Ultra Clean Technology （UCTT）， Conexant （CNXT）， Globespan， and ON Semiconductor （ONNN）. Prior to founding Francisco Partners in August 1999， Mr. Deb was a principal with TPG. Earlier in his career， Mr. Deb was director of semiconductor banking at Robertson Stephens & Company and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
