Rene Montsma

Rene Montsma is Managing Partner of Cukierman & Co Investment House Ltd. He joined Cukierman Investment House in October 2007 and heads the Secondary Advisory practice for alternative investments. Previously， Mr. Montsma headed Due Diligence Services and was involved in a variety of Corporate Finance transactions. Before joining us， Mr. Montsma was involved in raising funds for mid-size companies and started a chemical production company in the south of Israel which was subsequently sold. Mr. Montsma served in various executive positions in public companies of the Israeli Hi-tech industry: Radvision， Inc （RVSN）， Optibase （OBAS） and Commtouch Inc （CTCH）. Prior to joining Commtouch， he spent five years at British Telecom in the development of joint ventures and five years at Bakkenist Management Consultants （now Deloitte） as Management Consultant in the Netherlands. Mr. Montsma holds an MBA degree from INSEAD， Fontainebleau and a M.Sc. degree in Computer Sciences and Economics from Free University， Amsterdam.
