Virginia Perry

Virginia Perry is a Vice President of Northleaf Capital Partners Ltd. She participates in all aspects of Northleaf's investment activities， including the origination， evaluation and monitoring of primary and secondary Fund Investments and Direct Co-Investments.

Prior to joining Northleaf’s predecessor， TD Capital Private Equity Investors， in 2006， Ms. Perry worked in the investment banking division of Lazard Ltd. in Toronto， where she focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and restructuring advisory assignments across a broad range of industries. Previously， Ms. Perry worked in an engineering role for a Toronto-based consulting firm.

Ms. Perry received her B.Sc. in Engineering with First Class Honours from Queen’s University and an M.B.A. from SDA Bocconi School of Management， Milan.
