David B. Ragins

David B. Ragins joined Clarion in 2006. From 2001 to 2006， David worked at Seaport Capital， LLC， a middle-market private equity firm focused on media， communications， and business services. From 1999 to 2001， David worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Merrill Lynch & Co.， where he completed transactions in the media， industrial， and healthcare services sectors. From 1994 to 1997， David worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at NationsBanc Capital Markets， Inc. （now Banc of America Securities） where he financed numerous transactions using the high yield bond and leveraged loan markets. David graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA in 1999 and from Babson College with a BS in Finance in 1994.
