Mr. LI Yue， Executive Director and Vice President of the Company. Joined the Board of Directors of the Company in March 2003. Mr. Li assists the Chief Executive Officer in relation to the network and planning activities of the Company. He has also held the post of Vice President of China Mobile Communications Corporation （the ultimate controlling shareholder of the Company） since April 2000. Mr. Li is also a director of China Mobile Communication Co.， Ltd. He previously served as the Deputy Director General of the Tianjin Posts and Telecommunications Administration and the President of Tianjin Mobile Communications Company. Mr. Li graduated from Tianjin University with a Master’s Degree and has over 29 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry.
