Zelin Deng， obtained a Bachelor of Telecommunications from Changchun University of Posts and Telecommunications and a Master of Electrical Engineering from Tianjin University. In 1992， Mr. Deng was a lecturer in Tianjin University. Mr. Deng then joined Shenzhen Huawei Technology Co.， Ltd in 1992 where he was a Research and Development Engineer until 1994. From 1994 to 2000， Mr. Deng served as the General Manager at Beijing Wayout Technology Co.， Ltd， where he was responsible for the overall management of the company. Mr. Deng founded Aceway Group in 2000 with the establishment of Wayout. Mr. Deng Zelin was appointed as Executive Chairman of Beijing Aceway Telecom Technology Co.， Ltd. on 17 June 2004 and is responsible for directing the Group’s overall strategy and growth as well as the overall management of the Group.
