何旭东

Xudong He has served as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in The9 since March 2004. He was the Vice President and Financial Controller in The9 from 2000 to 2001 and Vice President and acting Chief Operating Officer from January 2002 to February 2004. Prior to joining The9， Mr. He held a number of positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers in China， including senior consultant and auditor from 1995 to 2000. Mr. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Fudan University and MBA degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Mr. He is a member of China Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
