Khalil Binebine

Khalil Binebine attended the University of Bordeaux and graduated as an MD from La Sorbonne in 1984.

Dr. Elkhalil BineBine is Vice Chairman of the Vickers Capital Group and oversees the Group’s Investor Relations. He brings a wealth of international experience and wide network of global contacts to the Vickers group， including solid credentials as a financier and fund raiser for the private equity industry. Having qualified as a medical doctor， Dr. BineBine worked in New York and， after three years， became personal physician to Malcolm Forbes. During his tenure with Mr. Forbes， Dr. BineBine developed his contacts and experience as an investor and banker. After sixteen years in Manhattan， Dr. BineBine was a consultant to Amroc investments which emphasized trading distressed debt with a turnover of US$6 billion dollars a year. At the same time， in 1993， Dr. BineBine founded Gibraltar Enterprises， Inc. with an emphasis on investment in real estate worldwide. In 1996， he began to represent investment funds such as Carlyle， Central Partners， and Castle Harbor， raising funds of over a billion dollars.
