Prior employment includes: Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in Mumbai， India as part of the Technology and Media practice； Patni Computer Systems in Mumbai as part of its M&A team； Cognizant Technology Solutions in Pune， India in the design and development of Internet related applications. Mr Uday holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business， a Master of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore and a Bachelor of Science from Bangalore University.
