Idit Mor

Ms. Mor joined CIVC as CFO in March 2009. She is responsible for all treasury and accounting-related issues at the Fund which includes all the Fund’s financial matters， the various branches of the Israeli Tax Authority and distributions made to investors by the Fund. Ms. Mor also provides tax and other accounting guidance and supervision to the Fund’s portfolio companies. Ms. Mor is well experienced with public companies and assists with all matters of Corporate Governance （IFRS US GAAP； Sarbanes Oxley act 404； Budgeting； Auditing）.

Prior to CIVC， Ms. Mor served as Controller in Nanette Real Estate Group NV， （Traded on AIM and TL）. Prior to Nanette Real Estate Group NV， Ms. Mor served as Controller in Brooks-Keret LTD.- Outsourcing Accounting Services.

Ms. Mor received her B.A. in Management and C.P.A. from the College of Rupin in Israel.
