Carol Lee

Carol Lee joined Entropy from Henderson Equity Partners where she was a Senior Principal and responsible for sourcing， executing and monitoring private equity investments in Asia （primarily Korea and Southeast Asia） with a focus on growth equity and mid-market companies.

During her 15 years in the industry， Carol has also worked at Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity， JP Morgan Capital Private Equity， sitting on a range of portfolio company boards and bringing a wealth of experience to the team.
