Mary Bevelock

As the Chief Financial Officer， Mary manages all finance and administration functions of the firm， including financial reporting， human resources， facilities， and investor relations. Based in Boston， she brings financial management expertise from her work with venture-backed and newly public technology companies.

Prior to Globespan， Mary was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at JAFCO Ventures. Mary served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Pretzel Logic Software， a venture-backed software company. There， she negotiated and coordinated approximately $15 million in debt and private equity financing.

Mary earned her Bachelor of Science degree， magna cum laude， from Boston College. She is a CPA.
