Victor Gao

Victor Gao is a partner of GPC China. Victor joined the firm from Sun Capital Partners， a major US based private equity fund， where he was the Chairman and President of their China investing business. Since 1995， Victor has been based in China investing in China for multinational companies. Prior to Sun Capital Partners， he was with Eaton Corporation in China where he was their Chairman and President for Greater China and also Asia-Pacific Vice President of Corporate Development （M&A）. Victor has held various leadership positions in China including for General Motors， Delphi and over 10 other board positions. Victor grew up in Beijing and worked for central government before graduating in the US.
