Deepak Wadhwa

Deepak Wadhwa is a Director of Aetos Capital and is involved in the tax and finance functions related to Aetos Capital and its subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2005， Mr.Wadhwa was a tax manager in the Financial Services division of Ernst & Young LLP where he focused primarily on tax consulting for real estate partnerships， investment partnerships， private equity funds and multi-national corporations. Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP， Mr.Wadhwa was a tax senior consultant in the Financial Services division of Arthur Andersen LLP.

Mr.Wadhwa graduated magna cum laude from St.John’s University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He also received his Masters of Science in Accounting from St.John’s University with a concentration in Tax. Mr.Wadhwa is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
