Thomas Tan

Thomas Tan joined CLSA Capital Partners in September 2004 and is responsible for the daily operations of Fudo Capital in the capacity of Managing Director of Regional Asset Management. Mr. Tan has more than 14 years of experience in Asian real estate funds management and capital markets.

Prior to joining CLSA Capital Partners， Mr. Tan was with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Asia for 7 years. He has worked across various business units within Lend Lease， including funds management of four pan-Asia real estate funds and has transacted on more than US$1.5 billion in investment opportunities in Singapore， South Korea， Hong Kong， Australia and Thailand. His breadth of experience includes capital transactions， project finance， asset management and development management. His last appointment at Lend Lease prior to joining CLSA was one of a Deputy Fund Managers to 2 Asian Retail subsector Enhanced Return Funds. Previous experiences also include asset management at Schroder's International Merchant Bankers Ltd and corporate banking at DBS Bank.

Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Commerce （Accounting） Honours degree from the University of Birmingham， UK. He is a CFA Charter holder and a member of the Singapore Society of Financial Analysts.
