Hirotaka Uchiyama

Hirotaka Uchiyama joined CLSA Capital Partners in July 2009 as Head of Japan and is responsible for leading the team to source， acquire and underwrite real estate investments across Japan. Mr Uchiyama has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate market in Japan and the US， developing new business platforms， initiating value enhancing strategies， restructuring portfolios of property assets， maintaining investor relations， deal sourcing， asset management， and asset disposals.

Prior to joining CLSA Capital Partners， Mr Uchiyama was the Chairman/Executive Officer of LaSalle Investment Management K.K. （
