Megumi Kiyozuka

Kiyozuka was a Director of CLSA Sunrise Capital， focused on Japanese buyout opportunities in the consumer， healthcare， and industrial sectors with Carlyle Group in Tokyo.

During his time as Senior Manager at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi， he has accumulated over 10 years of experience in M&A and syndicate loans across various countries in Asia. Mr. Kiyozuka received a B.A. in economics from Shiga University and an M.B.A. from Haas School of Business， University of California at Berkeley.
