Tetsuji Okamoto

Tetsuji Okamoto joined Bain Capital in 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital， he worked at RHJ International （formerly Ripplewood Holdings） focusing on Japanese private equity investments in the auto， consumer， and technology industries. Prior to joining RHJ International， Mr. Okamoto worked in the investment banking division at Merrill Lynch Japan Securities supporting M&A transactions in the technology and financial services sectors.

Mr. Okamoto graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Economics.
