Amy Heneghan

Amy Heneghan is responsible for a variety of matters in the areas of executive compensation， human resources， real estate， technology， and general commercial contracts. Prior to joining Avenue in 2007， Ms. Heneghan was a Vice President at Amaranth Group Inc. and Goldman， Sachs & Co. At Amaranth， in addition to covering similar areas to her role at Avenue， she advised on regulatory investigations and the disposition of Amaranth’s assets and employees globally. At Goldman， Sachs & Co.， Ms. Heneghan was responsible for negotiating technology， intellectual property， facilities， and general contracts， as well as certain regulatory filings and agreements for opening international offices. She worked extensively on the opening of Goldman， Sachs & Co.’s offices in India and China.
