Damian Tan is a Venture Partner of the General Partner and brings with him 25 years of hands-on IT experience. At companies like Hewlett Packard， Digital， Far East Computers & Olivetti， Mr. Tan has always been at the forefront of technology， introducing and spearheading the adoption and deployment of core technologies such as Databases， High-speed Networks， EIS Systems， Work Group Systems， Internet Telephony， Mobile and Wireless Computing， Strategic outsourcing and more. Currently he is a Project Director most involved with the managing and steering of large and complex technology projects in the Asia Pacific Region， Europe and the USA. He has been a champion of IT project management in the Asia Pacific region and has been extensively involved in the development of real-world project management excellence， having trained and mentored over 200 professionals all over Asia.
