Shusaku Minoda

Shusaku Minoda （Tokyo） joined KKR in 2007 and is Chief Executive Officer of KKR Japan. Prior to joining KKR， Mr. Minoda was Managing Executive Officer in charge of the Global Investment Banking Group of Mizuho Corporate Bank and was a member of the management committee of the Bank since 2004. He worked as General Manager of the Syndicated Finance Department from 1998 to 2003 at the Bank. In his effort to develop the Syndicated Financial Market in Japan， he became one of the founding members of the Japan Syndication and Loan Trading Association and served as Chairman of the association from 2003 to 2005. Previously he was managing director in charge of primary and secondary bond trading， derivatives， structured products， Japanese equity and research at IBJ International PLC in London from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Minoda also worked for IBJ’s London Branch as Treasurer from 1990 to 1995. Mr. Minoda is a graduate of Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo.
