Sharon joined JAFCO Asia in 2007 and is currently the Senior Investment Manager based in Hong Kong office， responsible for investments in Southern and Eastern China， in particular the Yangtze and Pearl River Delta regions.
Prior to joining JAFCO Asia， Sharon was the co-Founder of a start-up company. She secured financing and regulatory approval for the media operation license in China. While working in startup， she oversaw substantially all of the company’s operations and grew the company from startup phase to over US $3million in annual revenues.
From 2003 to 2005， Sharon served as the Deputy General Manager at Pansky IT Group， a system integration company in China. She participated actively in the fund raising exercise of private equity US$15M investment and conducted buy-side M&A transactions. Before Pansky， she worked for Digital China. She served as Senior Manager of Business Development and Government Institutional Sales group， where she established and maintained core relationship with the Chinese Ministry of Finance and successfully implemented tax system （CTAIS） to 20 provinces in China. She held a variety of management roles ranging from private equity funding raising to road show for Digital China’s IPO preparation.
Sharon earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Trade from the Sichuan University and received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
