Yinghui Guo， obtained Masters of Business Administration from Macau University， and Business Administration Certificate from Beijing University， has Economics Certificate from the Henan Science Committee. Mr Guo is the Chairman and founder of Sunshine Holdings Limited. He is responsible for the formulation of the overall business strategies and policies for Sunshine Holdings Limited. Mr Guo has developed his expertise in business operations and development based on his knowledge and experience gained in the property development industry for the past eight years. Prior to establishing Xinxiang Huilong in 1999， Mr Guo was managing Jiaozuo Huilong for three years from 1996 and he was a civil servant in the PRC government for 15 years from 1981.
