Xueshan Zheng，obtained Bachelor degree of Engineering in microwave communication technology from the People’s Liberation Army Engineering Technological College （now known as the People’s Liberation Army Information Technology University）. Mr.Zheng is the Vice President and Manufacturing Director of Snowcity Internetional Holdings Limited. He oversees all the manufacturing activities of the company and is in charge of the deployment of production line， machinery and manpower in our production facility. He is also responsible for logistics， raw material planning and sourcing， production control and quality assurance. He is also responsible for ensuring that the company achieves production requirements and cost budgets. He joined the company as Henan Snowcity’s chief engineer in 1994， and was later promoted to the position of vice president in 1999.
