Chunxiang Yu， obtained a bachelor’s degree in technical economics from Zhejiang University of Technology. Between July 1989 and April 2001， Mr. Yu was the assistant to the manager of PRC’s Development Bank， Yuhang Branch. Mr. Yu Chunxiang joined 8Telecom Internetional Holdings Co.， Ltd. in April 2001 as an Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing our telecommunications engineering projects business.
