Gengyu Wei， obtained a Bachelor of Computer Application and Master of Computer Application and Communications from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications， as well as a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from East North University （Japan）. From 1999 to 2002， Mr. Wei was a research and development engineer at Hi Sun Technology Holding Limited. In 2003， he joined Beijing Hollybridge System Integration Co.， Ltd as a research and development engineer. Mr. Wei Gengyu was appointed as Chief Technical Officer of Beijing Aceway Telecom Technology Co.， Ltd. in 2004 and is responsible for all technical matters of the Group， including overseeing the software and systems development activities and engineering aspects in the development of group’s solutions and products as well as quality assurance.
