Teng Ngiek Lian

Teng Ngiek Lian is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants， UK， an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators， UK， a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and a council member of the Singapore Society of Financial Analysts.He is an independent Director of Asia Dekor Holdings Limited. He is currently the chief executive officer of Value Partners Singapore Pte Ltd. He has extensive experience in investment management and has held senior management positions with Morgan Grenfell Investment （Asia） Ltd.， Union Bank of Switzerland and PrimePartners Asset Management （S） Pte Ltd. Mr. Teng is also familiar with corporate reporting and accounting matters， having worked as financial controller， chief financial officer and company secretary in the earlier part of his career for several listed companies in Singapore and Malaysia. He currently sits on the Board of several companies， including Power Supply Ltd. China Everbright Pacific Limited and Tianjin Zhong Xin Pharmaceutical Group Co Ltd.
