Wang Yaoyu graduated from Hefei University of Technology with a degree in power plant and Electric power system in 1982.
Mr. Wang has over 20 years of experience in the power generation industry. From 1982 to 1998， Mr. Wang was employed in Anqing Thermoelectric Plant where the last-held position was Assistant Factory Director. In 1998， Mr. Wang was appointed as the Deputy Director of the engineering department of Anqing Petrochemical Plant. Mr. Wang joined Wuhan Kaidi Water Services Co.， Ltd.（武汉凯迪水务有限公司）as General Manager in 2003. Mr. Wang is one of the Executive Directors of Asia Water Technology Ltd. and was appointed to the Board on 1 September 2004. Mr. Wang is also the General Manager of Asia Water， responsible for overseeing the operations of the Group.
