Haipeng Diao holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Xiamen University. Mr. Diao was a R&D technician with Xuzhou Biochemical Pharmaceutical Co.， Ltd. from 1988 to 1995. From 1995 to 1996， Mr. Diao was a Sales Manager with Hainan Jizhong Medical Technology Development Co.， Ltd. Mr. Diao joined Shandong Luye Pharmaceutical Co.， Ltd. as a sales manager in 1996 and was promoted to Head of International Business in 2000.
