Wing Hak Man， obtained a Master’s Degree in International Trade from University of Foreign International Trade of China. From July 1983 to April 1989， Mr. Wing was a Commissioner in the Foreign Trade Ministry of the PRC. From July 1965 to July 1983， Mr. Wing served as a staff member of the PRC’s People’s Liberation Army. Mr.Wing co-founded Bio-Treat Technology in October 1992 and is responsible for the overall strategic planning， management and business development of the Group.
