Wong Kin Tak

Wong Kin Tak holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in accounting from the Hong Kong Baptist University. Mr. Wong is an Associate Member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. Wong was with Ernst & Young （Hong Kong） from August 1994 to October 1999 and held the appointment of Senior Auditor when left in 1999. Mr. Wong subsequently joined CyberCity Group in November 1999 as assistant vice president involved in investments and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Wong then joined Ehoo.net Group in August 2000 as senior finance manager. From September 2001 to June 2002， Mr. Wong was the financial controller of Natural Beauty Bio-Technology Limited， a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange， and a member of its senior management team. Mr. Wong then left to join Eastern Elegance Cosmetics Group in July 2002 prior to joining Beauty China in May 2003. Mr. Wong is the Financial Controller and Company Secretary and is responsible for all aspects of financial planning， financial budgeting and control matters of the Group.
