Fang Yan， obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Zhejiang University of China. Mr. Yan was the Deputy General Manager of China Chemical Equipment Company， Shanghai Branch a company engaged in the development of machinery， from 1974 to 1994. Mr.Yan was the Executive Director， General Manager， Chief Engineer of Bio-Treat Technology Ltd since 1994. With extensive experience in chemical engineering and related fields， Mr. Yan is responsible for Group’s research and development activities.
