Lam Chik Tsan graduated from Shishi Hanjiang Secondary School （石狮蚶江中学） in July 1990. Mr. Lam is currently a member of The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference， Longyan City Committee （中国人民政治协商会议龙岩委员会）.

Mr. Lam worked in Shishi Hanjiang Liandai Hualian Knitting Factory （石狮蚶江莲埭华联针织厂） as an apprentice from August 1990 to August 1991. From August 1991 to December 1996， Mr. Lam held various positions in Shishi Hualian Knitting Co.， Ltd. （石狮华联针织有限公司）， a company owned by Mr. Lam’s father， rising through the ranks from technician to marketing manager and subsequently assistant general manager. In January 1997， Mr. Lam founded Xiamen Xiangyu Xingangcheng Import Export Co.， Ltd. （厦门象屿新港城进出口有限公司） where Mr. Lam was the director in charge of the company’s yarn and chemical fiber import and export business. In October 1998， Mr. Lam founded Xiamen CUGU Group Co.， Ltd. （厦门创冠集团有限公司）， an investment holding company which was a previous shareholder of Longyan Chemical Fiber and Longyan Textile. Mr. Lam was the legal representative and director of Xiamen CUGU Group Co.， Ltd. In January 2000， Mr. Lam acquired CUGU Group （HK） Co.， Ltd. （创冠集团（香港）有限公司） and served as the director. In 2000， Mr. Lam founded CG TECHNOLOGIES HOLDINGS LIMITED （成冠集团现代科技股份有限公司） by establishing Longyan Chemical Fiber and Longyan Textile in 2002. Mr. Lam was appointed as Director of CG Group on 6 October 2004. Mr. Lam is the Executive Chairman of CG Group and is responsible for the overall planning of the business direction and development of the Group.
