Matt Wynn

Mr. Wynn is vice president and treasurer of CDC Corporation. As treasurer， he is responsible for corporate finance， treasury and risk management activities for the company.

Prior to this role， Mr. Wynn was a director of Finance at CDC Software， the enterprise software unit of CDC Corporation. He joined CDC Corporation in April 2006 as a manager of financial planning and analysis.

Earlier， he held several roles in finance and accounting at UPS Supply Chain Solutions and UPS Logistics Group. Mr. Wynn has an extensive background in finance with a focus on financial valuation， business planning and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Emory University and a master’s in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
