Mr Song Jiacheng is the chairman of the Board， an executive Director， the chief executive officer of the Company and one of the founding shareholders of the Group. Mr Song graduated from Southwest University of Science and Technology （formerly known as Sichuan College of Construction Materials Industry） with a bachelor’s degree in engineering in 1983. Mr Song gained management expertise by consecutively serving as the chairman of the Board and the chief executive officer of the Group since 1993. He has over 14 years of experience in the PRC fire alarm systems industry.
