Denny Lee

Mr. Denny Lee will serve as the independent director， commencing from the SEC’s declaration of effectiveness of the registration statement of Form F-1， of which prospectus is a part. He was the chief financial officer of NetEase.com Inc. from 2002 until 2007， one of the China’s leading internets and online game services providers listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange. Prior to joining NetEase， Mr. Lee worked in the Hong Kong office of KPMG for more than ten years specializing in auditing international clients. Mr. Lee currently serves as a non-executive director on the board of NetEase， and also serves as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the audit committees of New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. and Acorn International Inc.， both of which are listed on the NYSE. Mr. Lee graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and majored in accounting and is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institution of Certified Public Accountants.
