Mr. Chiu recieved his B.A.（Hons） degree in Accounting from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the UK and China. Prior to joining Cogo in 2002， Mr. Chiu spent eight years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte in Hong Kong and served as a CFO of a publicly listed company in Hong Kong for two years.
