Eric Leow Poh Chin

Mr Leow currently holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration in Investment & Finance and in General Business Administration， both of which were obtained from the University of Hull， United Kingdom. Mr Leow also has a Masters of Engineering， which he obtained from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne， United Kingdom.Mr Leow Poh Chin was first appointed as a Director of our Company on 2 October 2003 and was subsequently re-appointed on 18 May 2005. He is currently an Executive Director of the Company and oversees corporate development and investment activities. Beginning his career with Keppel FELS Limited in 1989， he underwent various cross-disciplinary training in engineering， design， and project management， beofre moving on to FELS Energy， Inc where he served as Vice President from1993 to 1995. In 1995， he served as Senior Project Development Manager in FELS Power Pte Ltd til 1997. In 1997， Mr Leow joined Oakwell Infrastructure Development Pte Ltd as Managing Director， after serving as Corporate Development Director of its parent company， Oakwell Engineering Limited. Prior to assuming an executive role in our Group， Mr Leow served in UOB Venture Management Pte Ltd as director， overseeing several private equity and venture capital funds， especially those focused on investment in the ASEAN region and Greater China. He was also the Vice Chairman and Director of SZVC UOB Venture Management Co.， Ltd， a fund management company in Shenzhen， PRC. Mr Leow was Head （Finance， Administration and Compliance） when he joined UOB Venture Management Pte Ltd in 2000.
