Maoqun He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from 山东教育学院 （Shandong Education College）. Mr He joined Shandong Reyoung （formerly known as 山东沂蒙新华药业有限公司 （Shandong Yimeng Xinhua Pharmaceutical Co.，Ltd.）） in 1982-07 and held various positions in the same from 1982-07 to 1998-12. Mr He served as the Deputy General Manager of the sales and marketing department of Shandong Reyoung from 1999-01 to 2003-08. Mr He has served as the General Manager of Shandong Reyoung since 2003-08. Mr He was appointed as a director of Shandong Yimoo in 2002-10， a director of Shanghai Yimoo in 2003-04 and a director of Shandong Reyoung in 2003-08. Mr He is Executive Director of Reyoung Pharmaceutical Holding Limited and a founder of the pharmaceutical products business of the Group. He was appointed as Director of our Company on 2004-12-03， and is responsible for assisting our Executive Chairman， Mr Zhao Yushan（赵玉山） in the strategic planning， development， daily management and supervision of our pharmaceutical products business. Mr He is also responsible for overseeing the internal controls of our pharmaceutical products business.
