Hoe Boon Kwee is a graduate of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in England and is a Certified Public Accountant in Singapore. Previously， he spent several years with Coopers & Lybrand in Singapore， where he gained experience in corporate auditing. Later， Mr. Hoe worked in the internal audit department of Inchcape Bhd.， where he advanced to the position of Finance Manager of an Inchcape subsidiary， overseeing financial， accounting and administrative functions. Mr Hoe joined SEAVI Advent Holdings Ltd. in 1989， and now he is a Partner and CFO of the company， responsible for the financial administration of Seavi Advent’s investment operations.
