Shirley Li

Shirley Li holds a Master of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Sydney University and a B.A. degree from Xidian University. Ms. Li has many years of financial experiences in mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining HBM BioMed China， she was a Senior Associate at Deloitte & Touche Financial Advisory Services. There， she provided financial due diligence， financial modeling and business valuation services to multinational companies in a wide range of industries on their M&A deals of RMB 100+ million.
