Anla Cheng grew up in Japan before coming to the United States for college. Ms Cheng has an MBA from Wharton Graduate School of Business and spent more than 20 years at Goldman Sachs， Citicorp and Robert Fleming as an analyst， Asian portfolio manager and Head of Asian institutional sales desk， respectively， before founding Centenium Capital Partners， LLC. Ms Cheng is one of the pioneering investors in Asia hedge funds since the early 1990s and is fluent in English， Mandarin and Japanese. She is a trustee of China Institute， Facing History-China Project and a member of Committee of 100.
