Dr. Howard Lee

Dr. Lee has more than ten years of experience in venture capital investing， and more than 20 years of experience in research， development， and marketing in emerging and established technology companies and research institutions. He was most recently Executive Director and Co-Head for US Private Equity at CDIB Capital， the private equity arm of CDIB， the largest industrial bank in Taiwan. He led the venture and growth equity LP investments， led the direct investment effort in the US， and established the Clean Technology practice at CDIB Capital. He was based in Menlo Park， Calif.

Dr. Lee holds a BS （Highest Honors） in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Electro-Optics from Cornell University， and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau， France.
