Tetsuro Oshita is Managing director of CyberAgent Venture， Ltd. After joined CyberAgent， Mr. Oshita continued to serve in various prominent positions such as senior sales director， head of media division， and head of business management. He had led the business to the top sales and the top profit in the internet advertisement industry in Japan. He was named to the board and management director of CyberAgent Ventures in 2010. He leads the Japan team， in charge of the investment and incubation for start-ups of Japanese origin.He graduated from Keio University's Faculty of Policy Management.
