Hajime Yoda

Hajime Yoda is a Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer in FGI Capital Partners， Inc. Hajime worked for various securities companies and investment management companies from 1987 through 2002. From 2002， he joined the Japanese Financial Services Agency （“FSA”）， where he assumed the position of Chief Inspector at the FSA’s Inspection Bureau and the Securities Exchange and Surveillance Commission. Hajime worked for Invesco and Morgan Stanley as senior compliance officer， and joined OGI Capital Partners at its inception in 2009. Hajime also serves Japan Securities Investment Advisers Association’s Self-Regulation Committee as a member.
