Casey R. Wold

Casey R. Wold joined Tishman Speyer in 2004 and has responsibility for the Midwest， Atlanta， and Boston regions. He is a member of the Management and Investment committees. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer， he served as chief operating officer of Trizec Office Properties， a national REIT based in Chicago. From 1995 to 2001， he served as president of TrizecHahn Office Properties， the U.S. subsidiary of Canadian-based TrizecHahn Corporation， where he led the development of one of the industry's premier leasing and property management operations， spearheading the company's office property growth strategy throughout North America with transactions totaling more than 75 million square feet. Before joining TrizecHahn， Mr. Wold was an executive vice-president at Equity Office Properties， heading the acquisition group for nearly eight years. Prior to Equity Office Properties， he was a principal with The Cambridge Companies， a regional developer in Dallas. He has also held positions at Wells Fargo and First National Bank of Chicago. Mr. Wold earned a BS in finance from the University of Illinois and an MS in real estate from Southern Methodist University.
