Zhaoju He is a Non-Executive Director of the Group and serves as the Co- Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Mr. He is a senior partner of Zana Capital. Prior to joining Zana Capital， he was the Vice-President of GIC Special Investments from 2000 to 2006， and was working in corporate finance and advisory roles for four years before that. Mr. He started his career as an Investment Analyst at Brierley Investments. Mr. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research. He graduated from Otago University， New Zealand with a Bachelor of Commerce （double majors in Finance and Economics） in 1994.
