Hyunkeun Lee has focused on the manufacturing sectors of electric and electronics and new business area. He has more than twenty years of experience with LG Electronics， a major Korean electronics manufacturing company， and has been working for LBI since Feb. 2004.
Prior to joining LBI， Hyunkeun made a long-term technology roadmap and developed new business plans as a corporate R&D staff member in LG Electronics. From 2000 to 2003， he was in charge of the corporate venture team in LG Electronics， and invested in 40 Korean and US start-up companies.
Among them， four companies were enrolled in Kosdaq and Nasdaq.
Since 2010， he has been in charge of strategic fund manager LG Electronics and LG Innotek Alliance funds are under management.
Hyunkeun earned BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering from Inha University， KAIST， and an MBA degree from Tufts University.
