Joel Andryc

Joel Andryc serves as Managing Director of Saban Capital Group. In this role， Mr. Andryc oversees the creative and content aspects of Saban Capital Group investments and searches for new strategic investment opportunities in the entertainment/media sectors. Mr. Andryc also plays a key role in formulating Saban Brands investment strategies and was involved with Saban’s controlling investment in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG until its sale in March， 2007.

Mr. Andryc currently serves as a member on the Board of Directors at the Saban Theater and as an Alternate Director on the Board of Univision Communications Inc.

Mr. Andryc has had a 25 year working relationship with Haim Saban since he first joined Saban Entertainment in 1987 as a development executive. Prior positions in the entertainment industry included EVP of Programming at ABC Family Channel and the Fox Family Channel， along with a variety of roles at Chuck Barris Productions， Goodson-Todman Productions， Viacom Enterprises， and Columbia Pictures Television.

Mr. Andryc holds a BA from Marquette University.
