Bowen Hsu

Bowen Hsu serves as Director， Real Estate of Saban Capital Group. In this role， Mr. Hsu identifies， evaluates and executes real estate investment opportunities ranging from real estate operating companies to single asset transactions， and throughout the capital stack. He also actively manages Saban’s current real estate holdings， which total over 2.3mm sf in 23 properties， representing over half a billion in value.

Prior to joining Saban Capital， Mr. Hsu was an Analyst， Acquisitions in the Los Angeles office of O’Connor Capital Partners， where he worked on acquisitions and development totaling over $400 million of value. Prior to O’Connor， Mr. Hsu was a Peace Corps volunteer in South Africa.

Mr. Hsu holds a BA in Social Studies with honors from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
